Artist, writer, assistant chief to the assistant chief, awarded only one prize at school; religion in Grade 8, I won an umbrella which broke immediately. I was also the doubling champion of Grade 2 which proved I was a shoo-in for the Abel Prize in Mathematics. My career has been careening towards oblivion ever since.
